exchange ecp  Windows Admin Center is a new, locally-deployed, browser-based management tool set that lets you manage your Windows Servers with no Azure or cloud dependency. Windows Admin Center is the modern evolution of "in-box" management tools, like Server Manager and MMC. It complements System Center - it's not a replacement.

Get to the Exchange admin center
  1. Sign in to Office 365 using your work or school account, and then choose the Admin tile.
  2. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, choose Admin centers > Exchange.

Your company can also have more than one Global Admin. Grant Global Admin rights to an Office 365 user by logging into https://portal.office.com with an admin account and go to the "Admin" section.
